As the former Head of the Department of North Indian Music and Director of the Career Guidance Unit at the University of the Visual & Performing Arts, Dr. Dias has been instrumental in advancing career development and music research.

His groundbreaking research, featured in top Scopus-indexed journals, and leadership in a World Bank-funded STEM+HEMS music therapy project demonstrate his dedication to integrating music therapy and science.
